Yes, we provide free standard shipping on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, a small shipping fee of $4.75 applies, regardless of the size of the order (up to $75).
Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 business days after being placed. Once shipped, please allow 2–6 business days for delivery. If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days, please contact us.
Please note that shipping may take longer during the holidays.
For now, shipping is limited to the US, though we plan to add more countries in the coming six months.

Your satisfaction is our top priority, which is why we offer a 30-day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. This means you have 30 days from the purchase date to request a return.
Depending on the problem, we will either ask you to return your purchased items to us, free of charge, or we'll simply arrange a refund without you having to ship your items back.

From time to time we run special offers such as seasonal sales, discount codes, or free shipping. Please note:
- Discounts usually can’t be combined unless clearly stated. The exception is the use of personal discount codes which can be used if there is a “no code needed” storewide free shipping campaign.
- Discounts only apply during the promotion period.
- Taxes, shipping fees, and extra charges are excluded unless noted otherwise.
- We may update or change promotions at any time.
As stated in our Discount Policy, personal discount codes can be combined with 'no code needed' free shipping offers, but unfortunately not with other storewide sales or discount codes.
