Welcome to Superior Creatures – where cat attitude meets Viking spirit.

We are a new small one-woman company, founded in early 2025. We create high-quality T-shirts for cat lovers who adore their whiskered companions and enjoy poking fun at their majestic, mischievous personalities.

But this isn't a big corporation – it’s just me, a one-woman business based in the beautiful countryside of southwestern Sweden. I live here with my husband, our three kids, and a heart full of inspiration.

Although I’ve always loved animals, circumstances have made it difficult for us to have a cat of our own. I used to be allergic as a teenager, but these days I can happily visit friends with cats without any trouble. And thanks to their playful, sassy, sometimes chaotic companions, I still get to enjoy plenty of feline mischief. Every silly video and snapshot makes me laugh – and it was, among other things, those whiskered troublemakers that inspired me to start Superior Creatures.

History is a great passion of mine, and being born and raised in Sweden, I've always been especially fascinated by the Viking age and its remains. This is also a great source of inspiration in my creative process. You’ll find Viking cats as well as more mythology-inspired cats among our designs – a nod both to my Nordic heritage and the powerful spirit that cats and Norse legends seem to share. Also, much like the Norse legends, cats sometimes feel like they hold a mystery.

Our designs are a tribute to the complicated charm of cats (and Vikings👊) – their independence, their elegance, their unapologetic superiority. And if you’ve ever stepped over a shattered flower pot or “thanked” your cat for a dead mouse in the kitchen, then you, too, are one of the Superior Creatures we celebrate. Your endless patience and love are what inspire us. This brand is for you.

At the heart of Superior Creatures is a deep love for animals and nature. That’s why we prioritize sustainable production and local fulfillment. Every item is made-to-order and printed in your country to reduce waste, shorten delivery times, and minimize our environmental impact.
